Shipping and Return Policy

  • As our products are made FRESH, once you place an order, it’ll take 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order. Once it’s shipped, it’ll be at your doorstep within 1-3 business days!

  • As of right now, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

  • We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Note: When your product arrives, the consistency may be different due to climate changes through transit (warm/in a liquid state), but our packaging prevents the product(s) from rising above a certain temperature—it won’t be spoiled! Phases of U uses cold packaging protocols, which include gel shipping packs & thermal wraps to keep your product(s) as cold & fresh as can be. Upon arrival, put product(s) in refrigerator as soon as possible (if necessary) & it’ll go back to its normal state.
