🍍 Pineapple

🍋 Lemon
Great source of vitamin C, supports the immune system, and adds a refreshing, alkalizing boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) fresh pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) organic coconut water (with or without pulp)

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) strong hibiscus tea (deep red from steeping dried hibiscus flowers for ~5+ minutes)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Pinch of Celtic salt/sea salt

  • (Optional: a dash of agave/honey if you prefer it sweeter)

Directions:

  1. Brew hibiscus tea and let it cool (or add to fridge for chilled effect).

  2. Add pineapple juice, coconut water, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and sea salt to a 16oz mason jar.

  3. Stir or shake well. Serve over ice or chill before drinking.
