Ingredients:
1/2 cup (4 oz.) fresh pineapple juice
1/2 cup (4 oz.) organic coconut water (with or without pulp)
1/2 cup (4 oz.) strong hibiscus tea (deep red from steeping dried hibiscus flowers for ~5+ minutes)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of Celtic salt/sea salt
(Optional: a dash of agave/honey if you prefer it sweeter)
Directions:
Brew hibiscus tea and let it cool (or add to fridge for chilled effect).
Add pineapple juice, coconut water, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and sea salt to a 16oz mason jar.
Stir or shake well. Serve over ice or chill before drinking.
