Mental Health Awareness Month

Here are some affirmations/reminders to focus on this month that have helped me personally:
I ensure my nervous system/mental is satisfied first before I reach out my hand to help others.
I ensure I move my body daily, as it helps release any stuck energy + built up trauma in the body.
I focus on healing my lymphatic system that way I feel pure from the inside out.
I cherish times of rest. I use it as an opportunity to get closer to myself + grow.
Take time to slow down—stop rushing everything. Spend time with yourself. Instead of always feeling the need to spend time with others to fill a void, just give that energy to yourself sometimes.
Abundance comes to me just by being me.
I give myself time to feel + express my emotions, even if I can hold it well.
